Paris, France, the 16th of September 2025 — Temelion, the Artificial Intelligence platform transforming how building engineering firms manage pre-construction flows, announces a €3.2M seed funding round. This round, led by 360 Capital with participation from ISAI Build Venture, SE Ventures, and Kima Ventures, marks a key milestone in the startup’s development. This operation will enable it to accelerate its go-to-market strategy and strengthen its presence with the French Engineering Consultancy market.
With offices in Paris and Toulouse, Temelion is on a mission to remove bottlenecks and to streamline complex pre-construction engineering workflows using AI. Its vision: empowering engineers to move beyond repetitive tasks to time-efficient and error-free deliverables, achieving cost savings and higher quality in the built environment.
Temelion is an AI platform for building design engineers, automating repetitive tasks and keeping project requirements, documents, and deliverables in sync. It accelerates bidding decisions, generates accurate technical documentation, and simplifies contractor evaluation. With upcoming trade-specific workflows in areas such as Mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Plumbing, Temelion is building a comprehensive suite for engineers to deliver faster, more accurate, and higher-quality outcomes.
Founded in 2025 by Jérôme Joaug, Rodolphe Héliot, and Sébastien Gilles, Temelion relies on a team of serial entrepreneurs with decades of experience as investors and leaders in high-growth companies. Their backgrounds, marked by multiple successful exits, reflects a blend of expertise and a deep passion for the built environment, sustainable construction, and technology, having spent years developing software tools for complex and challenging environments.
This funding, led by 360 Capital alongside ISAI Build Venture, SE Ventures, and Kima Ventures, as well as angel investors from the construction sector, will enable Temelion to:
Jérôme Joaug, Co-founder and CPO of Temelion:
“When we first spoke with engineers, we expected resistance to AI. What we found instead was universal frustration with the hours spent crunching documents — work that none of them signed up for, yet dominates their daily lives. Temelion was created to free them from these tedious tasks and allow them to focus on the technical dimensions of engineering they truly love.”
Rodolphe Héliot, Co-founder and CEO of Temelion:
“This fundraising allows Temelion to bring together top talent in AI and building engineering to tackle one of construction’s great challenges: design automation. We are thrilled to accelerate product development and market rollout, with the ambition of quickly becoming our clients’ preferred technology partner, capable of supporting them throughout the entire project lifecycle.”
Alexandre Mordacq, Partner at 360 Capital:
“Temelion illustrates how AI can address concrete needs in complex sectors like construction. Their approach is fully aligned with our early-stage investor DNA: supporting visionary teams that put technology at the service of efficiency, sustainability, and the transformation of strategic industries. We are convinced that Temelion can become a reference player for engineering firms in France and worldwide, and we are pleased to support them from this key stage.”
